diag.log should use ISO 8601 standard for timestamps.

The current time format in the log selection of daig.log is:

2015-02-10 05:33:30.562

The Master event selection uses:

[{type,becameMaster},

      {ts,1409067721.841967},

      {node,'ns_1@node-01.local'},

      {host,<<"node-01.local:11209">>}]

Couchbase should used the ISO 8601 format across all logs file, please see the parent defect for more details.
