Build Sprint 5
Description
While investigating MB-14402 I wanted to check the SHA ep-engine was built from. This used to be present under the ep_version stat - but is currently blank:
$ grep version: stats.log
ep_version:
memcached_version: 21259320df67c7f189d13e4e10aca9cd38098715
version: 4.0.0-1767-rel
This version is very useful when trying to debug problems, as it allows quick identification of the exact version of the code ep-engine was built from.
For comparison, an older sherlock build (3.5.0-576):
$ grep version: stats.log
ep_version: 2.1.1r-1146-g3fbb831
memcached_version: c11e8fc340e4f6f5d55a7302c75f4845dfe574e4
version: 3.5.0-576-rel
