There shouldn't be a way to override index compaction settings on a per bucket basis (was: Make UI for Index fragmentation/compaction consistent w/ the data, view compaction options)

very minor imo.

The index fragmentation/compaction ratio while
1. create bucket with compaction settings.
2. Set auto compaction via Settings tab look different from the data, view

Difference:

1. Missing check box on the "index" compaction option.

• Does this indicate that by default we have set compaction for 30%? If yes, maybe we should enable this for data and view compaction trigger levels too?

It just looks different from the earlier options - hence the bug.
