query latency measured for a single client performing single query with a rotating collection of <values> shows the following anomolies

3x difference view over gsi
variance of 10x from query to query, with the observation that every 5th-7th query is extremely slower suggesting some repetive task (e.g., GC), possibly a multiple effect of query engine and indexer engine.

problem was noticed in other more complex tests, but not identified as a significant issue until distilled into a single simple query with repeatable performance profile

Significant Latency Variance in cbq queries, both gsi and view
