UI GSI build percentage displayed even when they are ready.

    Description

      I'm not sure if this is a UI issue or a query. Going to start with the UI team 1st as they will know where this data is coming from.

      You can see 3 indexes are ready but two of there have a build percentage. The index that is building does not have a build percentage.

      A few minutes later only one of the indexes had a build percentage.
