    Description

      This issue happens in build 2046 but not in build 1977.
      Update XDCR internal settings fails with below message:
      [11/May/2015 18:46:42] INFO - Updating internal settings:

      {'xdcrOptimisticReplicationThreshold': 10240}

      [11/May/2015 18:46:42] WARNING - ["Unexpected server error, request logged."]

      Following error message is seen in the logs. cbcollectinfo ouput attached:
      MetadataService 2015-05-11T18:50:05.690-07:00 [ERROR] metakv.ListAllChildren failed. path=/replicationSpec/, err=Post http://1 72.23.100.17:8091/_metakv: dial tcp 172.23.100.17:8091: i/o timeout, num_of_retry=0
