Indexer continously crashing at couchbase/indexing/secondary/indexer/timekeeper.go:2268 +0x478

1. Create empty TPCC buckets - 9
2. Create indexes (gsi) on these empty buckets – Seeing conitnous indexer crashing on this node.

Note : UI shows no indexes recorded - though system:indexes shows presence of some indexes in pending and some in online state.
