setup node add screen indicates pathing assignment for views not indexes

    • RH7 build 2213 setup screen has path assignment for data buckets and indices. this should read data and views. Indices occur on index service nodes which currently do not allow ANY assignment of pathing(which they should) (secondary bug?)
