Cannot stop couchbase-server service on SUSE 11 sp3

    Description

      After installing CB Server build 2213, running `service couchbase-server stop` hangs and times out. Couchbase does not stop.

      Steps to reproduce:
      zypper up
      zypper mr --enable SLE11-Security-Module
      zypper install openssl1
      zypper install couchbase-server-enterprise-4.0.0-2213-suse11.3.x86_64.rpm
      service couchbase-server stop

      Command will hang and eventually timeout. Logs directory attached.
