collect name resolution information in cbcollect_info

    Description

      We've seen customers have misconfigured dns resulting in a lot of time spent on our side. What would be useful is to have the result of resolving all nodes in nodes_wanted in cbcollect_info (including the node running cbcollect_info). Utilities that can be used on GNU/Linux systems for this (in no particular order) include host, nslookup and dig.
