On Add Server page provide user "Configure Disk Storage" option

Scenario - This is needed when user changes the default disk paths i.e. non-default paths for data and index.
Currently users when
a) they setup a non-default path on the first node and they assume as part of cluster that non-default path is going to apply to all nodes and b) when they add new node to the cluster using the normal "add node" interface, there is no way for them to change the default path without either going into the setup wizard for that node

Solution-

On Add Server page lets provide user "Configure Disk Storage" option. In case cluster has non-default path, user can easily change the path add node to the cluster

This option will be collapsed by default. By default it will default disk storage path.
