Index building stuck at 50%

1. Create 7 buckets and add 40320 items to each bucket.

• 3 sasl and 3 standard buckets. Also verify that data has persisted.
  2. Create primary index and 3 secondary index on each of the bucket. Create index with defer=true
  3. Execute BUILD INDEX command on each of the secondary index.
  4. Wait for the initial index to finish.
  One of the index still shows up building at 50%.
