      Suggestion:
The stat counters now seem to be a little messy. IMO a query that takes 600 ms should only appear in one of the stat counters rather than appearing in both the >250 and >500 ms counters. The stats become too noisy that way and I can't accurately answer the question : how many queries took between 250-500 ms ? Maybe we should look at changing the the counters to use less than ( < 250ms. <500 ms) instead ?

For sherlock we have "> 250ms" queries to include ALL queries above 250ms not just 250-500ms range. http://review.couchbase.org/#/c/52893/
