[system test] View indexes are rebuilt/ updated on warmup of a KV node, with no incoming mutations

1. Load the data
2. Indexes are built
3. Stop incoming mutations
There is no load on the system - no sets, no gets etc.
4. /etc/init.d/couchbase stop, start on any KV node.

I see a number of indexes on default, and ORDER_LINE bucket showing indexing activity.

Not entirely certain if this indexing is merely updating the latest information on indexes or is a bug.
