Index scan timeout (after bucket delete/recreate)

1. Install CB Server and create a cluster of 6 machines
2. .141.- kv + n1ql
.142 - kv
.143- kv
.144 - index
.145 - index
3. Create bucket default and create + build 11 secondary indexes on the bucket.
4. Restart couchbase server on one of the KV nodes - .142
5. Start querying.

Querying fails with
