Using cbrestore on already populated bucket says success but doesn't insert any data

Testing this on the Sherlock beta build, when I run cbrestore to populate a bucket, it works the first time fine. When I run it again, I get the exact same progress messages out of cbrestore but there is no data showing up in the destination bucket.
