Wrong focus resulting on failure to add node

When adding a node to the cluster, pressing Enter on the keyboard works to confirm the dialog.

When pressing Enter on the next dialog "Confirm Node Addition" to confirm the "Add Node" the dialog does not have focus and instead Enter seems to press the "Add Server" button again.

Subsequent clicking of the "Add Node" button with the mouse then results in failure of the node add, returning to Cluster overview page.
