[Windows] GoXDCR : createReplication and cancelXDCR throw "Unexpected server error, request logged"

Most of tests in http://qa.sc.couchbase.com/view/BY%20COMPONENT/job/w012R2-p0-xxdcr-vsetS0-01-goxdcr-pause-resume/lastCompletedBuild/consoleFull fail due to this error. Pls grep test_2 and test_13 for test logs.

This error is intermittent, was not seen in previous runs.
