Backup client should pass correct snapshot range during rollback

Backup client should pass correct snapshot_start, snapshot_end in the subsequent request, when DCP producer indicates a rollback.

When DCP producer indicates rollback to a particular 'seqno', in the subsequent stream request, the backup client should send the snapshot range in which that 'seqno' was contained. For this backup client will have to maintain list of previous snapshot ranges.
