Consider change CPU util to be max CPU utilization

    Description

      DataBuckets -> click on name of bucket. Under "Server Resources” we have "CPU utilization”, which appears to be Max CPU utilization of any of the nodes in the cluster. On a 130 cluster the likelihood increases that at any one time some nodes will not be performing compaction, whilst other
      nodes are compacting one or more vbuckets.

      For example, we can get case where 129 nodes are at <15% whilst 1 node is at 80%, and the “Server Resources” for CPU utilisation will report 80%.

      Consider change title to "Max CPU utilization"
