Add ability to list existing prepared stmts?

Hi Colm,

based on the documentation, it wasnt clear to me if a user can list all prepared stmts existing on the query node?

Is there a way to do so currently? If not, can we add this ability to list all prepared stmts, such that the user can use/refer them while executing prepared stmts.

Something similar to "select * from system:prepared_catalog" < just a placeholder>
