Description
Not sure again - if this is expected to work this way.
1. Prepare stmt a1234 - select * from travel-sample where airportname="etc"
2. execute prepare - success
3. Add 1 more query node 10.6.2.167 to existing setup
4. execute same Prepare stmt - error
curl http://10.6.2.167:8093/query/service -d 'prepared="a1234"'

I do a re-prepare of existing stmt on original query node 164 - Success
Execute from node 164 - Success
Execute from new query node 167- Fails w/ no such prepared stmt.
Is this only expected to work with
- Full Prepared stmts?
- encode_plan param?
