cli cluster-edit --cluster-init-password fails

    Description

      Build: 4.0.1-4689
      OS: CentOS 6 - have not tested other OSs

      Attempt to change a password but it fails:
      /opt/couchbase/bin/couchbase-cli cluster-edit --cluster=localhost:8091 -u Administrator -p password --cluster-init-password=new_pass
      ERROR: neither cluster-ramsize nor cluster-index-ramsize is specified

      The above command works on 4.0.0. It is 100% reproducible. Please let me know if there is more information I can provide.
