Auto cbcollect_info needs the option to collect system logs when run as non-root

The new auto cbcollect_info is great but there is one place where it is weaker. When it is executed as the couchbase user, it cannot collect the system logs (/var/log/messages).

These logs are very useful especially when OOM-Killer is triggered.

It would be useful if there was a tick box in the ui allowing the cbcollect_info to be executed with root privileges.
