Server side timeout should be reported as both a status and an error

    Description

      When a query/server side timeout is set on a N1QL query and timeout is triggered, the response just has a status of "timeout" but no error message in the "errors" section, the rest of the response is just empty.
      Shouldn't that be made more explicit by also outputting an error code in "errors"?
