query does not return results, high cpu usage

Running head of watson.xml, noticed that some queries seem to hang, then observed that cbft was consuming abnormally high CPU.

1. Create full-text index of beer-sample with all defaults
2. Run query:

+dominion +type:beer

Also, possibly other bugs, when I kill cluster_run and restart, I get message "index closed". Kill and restarting a second time seems to work.

I will try to reproduce and attach goroutine traces.
