cbcollect_info takes a long duration and space due to couch_dbinfo

    Description

      cbcollect_info now takes an unacceptably long amount of time to run following the addition of couch_dbinfo:
      https://github.com/membase/ns_server/commit/f8661944814f5c8a1bbdee25bce22112bcfef162

      Additionally this had made couchbase.log incredibly large (2GB+) which makes processing it take a very long time.
