allow changing of all network ports

Not sure if this is the right component...please advise.

From the customer: We are trying to change the ports that membase uses .. from the documentation

In addition to these port numbers, the following port numbers must be
open between nodes:
11210 (internal cluster port), 4369 (epmd) and the port range 21100
to 21199, inclusive
(dynamic ns_server and Erlang usage). Although default settings may
change, communication
between server nodes requires communication among these ports. For
more information, refer
to the Erlang documentation at www.erlang.org

Is there any way to change these ports? We'd like to have all the membase stuff work on ports below 10000, even if it's not an easy thing to do.
