Create --verify option to verify a backup archive

    Description

      There needs to be a way for an admin to verify that a backup and/or a backup archive are good and not corrupted. Some way for the admin to know "yes, my backups are good as of this point in time." I am not sure it needs to scan data or just look at it, but something of this nature so the admin knows.
