Description
As far as I can see there is no REQUEST_PLUS equivalent in FTS, only stale = ok (so NOT_BOUNDED) and AT_PLUS.
the equivalent in n1ql is:

I think we need this, otherwise people need to use the more complicated mutation token approach if they want RYOW.
