[FTS] REST: Invalid method POST to /api/index returns 404 instead of 405

When I do a POST on http://localhost:8094/api/index, I get a 404 "Not found" http response instead of a 405 "Method not allowed" response cf. Stackoverflow question. This is confusing as the resource does exist but I'm calling the wrong method on it.
