DistinctScan losing records

Hi Gerald,

Could you please take look yet the following query

./start-cbq-engine.sh -datastore=/Users/sitaram/queryx/src/github.com/couchbase/query/test/filestore/json

sELECT META(game).id FROM default:game WHERE META(game).id = "damien" OR META(game).id = "dustin" OR META(game).id = "does_not_exist" ORDER BY id;

Some times it returns 0 or 1 or 2 records.
Problem is intermittent. I saw scan index returns 2 items but distinct scan never received. May channels closing early.
