N1ql: DML Error should be thrown for all duplicate entries being inserted

Right now when we try to insert 1000 duplicate entries in a bucket, we get 4 dml errors.
If we try to insert 10 entries we get 1 dml error corresponding to 1 key, this is a confusing behavior for the user who doesnt know which entries are being repeated in his new insert query.
