cbbackup Check for existing running instance

Strange things can occur when a backup process is running from e.g. cron and user attempts a manual backup at the same time.

It could be useful to have cbbackup check for existing processes so that it doesn't start while a backup is already running.

Perhaps logging a message that existing backup process was detected would help so that users will be aware?
