open service after loading x items during warmup( starting a server with many items can potentially take hours to fully load hashtable and values)

Fast startup time for EP engine

We need ep engine to start within 1 minute regardless the amount of data stored on the node.

in addition, we need to load the hot keys (and values) to prevent cold startup.
This means that for some test scenarios, i.e. loading the server with random set of keys, there won't be "hot" keys to load upon startup.

The behavior of the startup time should be documented on the membase wiki for ep engine.
