Description
Currently, with the "-f" option, cbq reads a query file and sends one-statement-at-a-time to the server.
It would be nice to make cbq be able to send one REST request for a query source file that contains many statements. In this case, cbq does not need to look into the content in the source file, e.g., semi-colon/newline etc.
However, this improvement depends on MB-19080.
