Advanced cbq shell: changing history file path on a shell does save history in the new path but a different instance of shell doesnt load history from same new path

1. change location of histfile.
2. Execute few commands.
3. Commands are saved in correct location.
4. Open a new cbq shell, there is no history.
5. History is not being picked up/loaded from the changed location since the new shell still has histfile set to its original location.
