Description
The cbgt-ctl tool was born in the days before MCP-ns_server integration happened. It's kinda like a command-line "pretend to be ns-server" that a sufficiently advanced users can use to kick off MCP commands (add-server, remove-server, rebalance, recalculate indexes etc).
Need to consider whether to remove that tool (from cbft's CMakeLists) from shipping. Might be useful for supportability? Might not.
