Increase max document size for memcached buckets.

    Description

      Currently the maximum document size for a memcached bucket is 1MB. In the newer versions of Memcached the maximum size of document can be set and the maximum is 64MB.

      A number of users have expressed an interest in being able to increase the maximum and being able to manual set it.
