[FTS] Index progress percentage not visible on Windows

The percentage complete statistic for index building is invisible - either it's hidden under the "refresh" button or absent, I couldn't tell which. As the index was building, I hit the refresh button repeatedly. At some point I hit the refresh button and the index completion of 100% appeared, and the stats looked normal.
