Bucket Analyzer fails to return results on Windows Server 2012

As part of my white glove testing on Windows, I went to use the bucket analyzer on the travel-sample. When I clicked the accordion control and when I clicked the link for travel-sample, the progress indicator spun but nothing happened (except that eventually the progress indicator stopped spinning). No errors were shown, and no errors appeared in the logs.

I still have the environment and I also took cbcollect, although they failed to upload to AWS.
