View Index Replica after bucket is created

Since being able to create View Index Replica is done on Bucket creation only it cause issues and possible downtime when a requirement in production needs replica of views. Many times its due to poor foresight , not testing in pre-production on failure scenarios requiring a need for them and/or new requirement for view(s) in a product bucket that did not exist before and wanting auto failover on views just like data.
