    Description

      Test to run:
      python -u perfSanity/scripts/perf_regression_runner_alpha.py -v 4.5.0-2508 -r 2016-05-11:11:05 -q testName='secondary_create_index'

      Output:
Expect value of incremental indexing time to be 1.23 minutes, seeing this consistently ( 4 result points) at 1.4 minutes.

      What the test does:
      1. Create bucket, and secondary index
      2. Load items
      3. Check initial indexing time - ok
      4. Load more items 400000
      5. Check incremental indexing time - 1.4 minutes

This is a regression. Seen consistently on build 2508 from build 2498.
