First, I would like to see this task gets fixed: https://issues.couchbase.com/browse/MB-19611
John found out that 20M incremental index build takes 40m in 4.1 instead of 20m.
If 20M takes 40m, how come 50M only takes 45m?
I think we need to address 19611 before we look into this one.
Also, please see comments in 19611. There's a mutation rate spread issue we need to take a look at this test.
Converting to a task and assign back to Bharath for now.
