Memory usage grows consistently when running backup

    Description

      In the test I ran I loaded 450M items with sizes between 1KB and 2KB into Couchbase and did a backup. I noticed about a 50MB increase in memory usage every 3 seconds. Once the backup had gotten through 150M items the memory usage was around 20GB.
