    Description

      Creating for updated tracking of MB-19245 which was created out an analysis of rebalance issues in 3.1.5 via MB-19187.

      This error can occur in 4.5.0-2600, which leads to rebalance failures. Subsequent rebalances succeed. Unfortunately, I have not been able to repro this type of error in a small scale or with high level of consistency.
