Re-evaluate ForestDB handle usage in ForestKVStore

ForestDB handles cannot be shared across threads. KV engine on the other hand is heavily multithreaded and has several threads performing ForestKVStore operations. Either the threads need to get their own handle or the forestdb operations need to be synchronized with a lock.
