    Description

Couchbase-cli command "setting-index" doesn't support setting index memory management strategy. This is however required in some cluster setup scenarios for 4.5.0, where indexes cannot be created without specifying the strategy for indexes.

This causes the need for a work-around with "curl" when setting up clusters (e.g. in docker container startup scripts) so that clusters will start correctly.
