    Description

I have customers who would like to have the ability to dismiss an alert once rather than have to dismiss an alert on every couchbase server.

e.g. Memory at 90%, even if the customer goes in and dismisses it on one couchbase server the same alert pops up on every single couchbase server. If the user logs in a few days later into another couchbase server the alert needs to be dismissed.

This causes confusion, customers are often unclear whether this is a new alert or an old alert.

The intended behavior should be to dismiss the alert once per login id or per role.

So if admin dismisses the alert, it should be dismissed across all servers in the cluster. Similarly for readonly admin etc.
