/etc/init.d/couchbase-server restart not working on debian8

The fix for MB-16227 was merged into 4.6.0 and spock last week. This is breaking rackzone tests on debian8. Turns out it is because the "restart" command to the init.d script is not working with the fix, but not working only on debian8. It is working just fine on ubuntu12, ubuntu14 and debian7.

Given the fix itself is not really solving the underlying cause + the fact that the scenario described in MB-16227 is something that is hard to get into, I suggest that we revert the fix and keep the original way of looking at the status of couchbase-server.
